He has over a decade of acquisition, strategy, and partnership experience. Over the years, he has worked with companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Zenta, Firstsource, 3i Global Services, and OnsiteGo. He also heads Operations and is responsible for ensuring that GoWarranty’s customers always stay amazed with its service.

Amit is a Techno-Commercial Digital marketer with experience in delivering growth through the mapping customer journey and relevant target audience combining a mix of online channels. His expertise lies in maximizing profitability using a broad range of digital marketing strategies along with great user experience followed by tactically designed User Interfaces. He comes with experience from varied global brands like Accenture Solutions Private Limited, BWM Global, Shell India Markets Private Limited, and Bajaj Electricals Limited.

Amit leads the CX transformation, Online Partnerships, and Marketing at GoWarranty. He has completed his Masters in Design and Multimedia in web technology and holds an MBA in marketing and advertising from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan.

Shafee comes with an experience of 17 years in Sales, business development, and expansion. He leads the sales and business development at GoWarranty, where he oversees the company’s sales operations, including enterprise sales, sales engineering, channel development, and client success. He also manages business operations, focusing on top-of-the-line and bottom-of-the-line performance adapting to growth.

He has expertise in distinguishing the company from competitors by expanding the portfolio and offering differentiated service propositions to clients. Shafee is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has worked with organizations like IOTAP, First Source,3 Global Services, Zenta & Currencies Direct.
